3. Any dance experience? If so, how many years and with what studio?
4. Classes you are interested in

Once we receive your message we will get back to you asap with all your questions answered along with the class assignment for you! 
 

We are no longer accepting students for the remainder of season 40. Please contact us again in July to register for season 41.
